I had a decent time at the hotel, mainly because of its super convenient location near the city center. The breakfast was pretty solid, with a mix of fruits and breads to kickstart my day. Plus, I enjoyed the two swimming pools, which were nice to relax by after a long day.
My experience wasn’t perfect. The cleanliness of the linens in my room was a bit off and left me wanting more. I also started in a room with a really uncomfortable mattress and had to be moved to a better one, which shouldn’t have happened. I think they really need to step up their game in that area.

I recently stayed at Faro Hotel for a business trip lasting three nights, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, just a short stroll from the city center. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that offered a nice variety. The amenities, including the two swimming pools, gym, and dry sauna, were great for unwinding after a busy day. The room was comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, and a minibar.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had a great stay! The hotel is super close to the city center, which made exploring so easy. The room was cozy with a large bed, and I loved having free WiFi and a nice breakfast included. Two swimming pools and a gym were a nice bonus for some fun and fitness!
Though the staff was mostly friendly, a few didn’t respond to greetings, which was a bit off-putting. I noticed the cleanliness of the linens could use some improvement. I had a good experience and would likely come back!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even spoke better English than I spoke Portuguese, which was a huge help. The hotel itself is quite impressive, with well-maintained areas and a strong attention to detail. I loved the 24-hour coffee, tea, and cookie service near the front desk, and the complimentary tasting of three different cachaças was a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. The hotel also offers great facilities, including two pools, a modern gym, Fussball tables, and even a minigolf course. my experience at this hotel was top-notch.
In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The amenities and facilities provided here are excellent, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
